He is Ravi Signh the founder of an international non-profit aid and relief organization Khalsa Aid, established in 1999, based on the Sikh principles of Nishkam (selfless) service and universal love.

Khalsa Aid is a UK Registered Charity (#1080374) with the UK Charities Commission and also has volunteers in North America & Asia. Khalsa Aid has provided relief assistance to victims of disasters, wars, and other tragic events around the world.

he worked as member of singh sabba gurudawara slough Executive commitee from 1998-1999. Being a member of that committee he relaise the sitiuation of the world.

It was a like a gift to the world on the occassion of 300th birthday of Khalsa that he stated this organization. As he mentioned himself that at that time a very bloody war was going on in kosovo that forced people on leaving their homeland. Those refugees struggling to cross the cold and mountainous border to reach a safer and peaceful Albania. At that time he was 1700 miles away from the the refugees. He inspired from Bhai khanaiya ji story and the Khalsa Aid was formed
